Terms & Conditions

Tukaram Krishna Sutar Educational Trust

Effective Date: April 10, 2026

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the student portal or making any fee payment. They constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Trust.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the student portal at scholarsschoolcollege.in, or by initiating any fee payment through the portal, you — the student, parent, or legal guardian — unconditionally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the portal immediately and contact the school office directly for alternative fee payment arrangements.

The Trust reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised terms will take effect from the date they are published on this page. Continued use of the portal following any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. User Eligibility

The student portal is made available exclusively for the use of currently enrolled students and their parents or legal guardians associated with the following institutes operated by Tukaram Krishna Sutar Educational Trust:

  • Scholar's English High School & Junior College, Bhiwandi
  • Scholar's English High School, Dapoda
  • Scholar's English High School, Vadnagar
  • Scholar's English High School, Tinystar

Use of the portal by any individual who is not a current student or a duly authorised parent or guardian of a current student is strictly prohibited. The Trust reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any account found to be in violation of this eligibility requirement.

3. Fee Payments

The following conditions govern all fee transactions processed through the student portal:

  • All fees displayed on the portal are denominated exclusively in Indian Rupees (INR). No other currency is accepted.
  • A payment is deemed successful only upon generation of an official payment confirmation receipt by the system. This receipt serves as the sole valid proof of payment. Students and parents are advised to download or save this receipt immediately.
  • If a payment is debited from your account but a confirmation receipt is not generated, please do not attempt a duplicate payment. Contact the school office with your transaction reference number within 48 hours. Such cases are typically resolved within 5–7 business days in coordination with the payment gateway.
  • Fee payments, once confirmed and receipted, are generally non-refundable except in cases expressly permitted under the school's fee refund policy.
  • The Trust bears no responsibility for any convenience fees, service charges, or taxes levied by your bank or the payment gateway on a given transaction.

4. Online Transaction Security

The security of portal access is a shared responsibility between the Trust and the user. You agree to the following obligations:

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your assigned Student ID and Password. These credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
  • Any activity that occurs under your credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your consent, you must notify the school office immediately and change your password without delay.
  • You agree not to use any automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the portal, and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system.
  • You should always log out of your account after completing a session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

The Trust implements industry-standard, SSL-encrypted connections and works with a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway to protect your data during transactions. However, no online system can be guaranteed to be entirely immune to security threats. Users are encouraged to access the portal only from trusted and secure devices.

5. Accuracy of Information

It is the sole responsibility of the student or parent/guardian to ensure that all details entered into the portal prior to initiating a payment are complete and accurate, including but not limited to:

  • The correct student name and registration/roll number
  • The correct fee head (e.g., tuition fee, examination fee, or other charges) for which payment is being made
  • The correct fee amount as specified in the official fee structure communicated by the school

Once a transaction has been initiated and a confirmation receipt generated, corrections to the student details or fee head attributed to that payment may not be possible. The Trust shall not be liable for payments made against incorrect student details or incorrect fee amounts due to user error.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Trust's liability in connection with the use of the student portal and online payment facility is limited as follows:

  • The Trust is not responsible for transaction failures, payment rejections, or fund delays caused by the user's bank, card-issuing authority, payment gateway, or internet connectivity issues.
  • The Trust is not liable for any charges, penalties, or losses incurred by the user as a result of a failed or delayed transaction due to circumstances beyond the Trust's reasonable control.
  • The Trust is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from unauthorised access to the portal due to the user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
  • Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance downtime of the portal or payment gateway shall not constitute a breach of these terms by the Trust.

In all cases of disputed or failed transactions, the Trust will make reasonable efforts to assist users in resolving the matter with the payment gateway provider, but cannot guarantee a particular outcome or timeline.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these terms, the student portal, or any fee transaction — including questions regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, or enforceability — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bhiwandi, District Thane, Maharashtra, being the jurisdiction in which the Trust is registered and principally operates.

The Trust encourages users to first seek an amicable resolution of any grievance by contacting the school administration before initiating any legal proceedings.

8. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

The Trust's failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

For any questions or clarifications regarding these Terms & Conditions, please contact us at info@scholarshighschool.edu.in .
